Forget-me-Not Floret has been blooming at our little shop front in Mount Evelyn since early 2018. The store has seen many iterations over its time and we continue to adapt and evolve in an ever changing and challenging Brick and Motor environment. One thing that remains a constant focus is providing beautiful blooms to our valued customers.

In its latest season, with owner Aimee at the helm we have grown the business into so much more then just a florist. We stock beautiful giftwares from locals makers all over the Yarra Valley and offer premium Wedding services throughout Victoria.

Hi! Aimee here, owner of Forget-me-Not Floret!

I bought this cute, well established little florist when I was 5 months pregnant with my first baby, and i've been riding the tsunami that is Business Owner and Motherhood ever since!

I completed my studies and began my career in floristry in 2019, but my passion for Wedding floristry really began when my partner and I moved to the Yarra Valley. I freelanced in the Wedding scene for 3 seasons before my priorities shifted to starting a family, and with that came the need for more stability.

When the opportunity to purchase FMNF came up, it felt like the world was screaming at me that it was now or never. I could continue to do what I love, have the flexibility that comes with being your own boss, and have the stability of a 9-5 job? Tick, Tick, Tick. And of course, its not that simple, because life never is. Being a business owner is hard, being a Mother is infinitely harder, and doing both? Some days it feels impossible. But we're here and we’re doing it, growing this business into everything I believe it can be.
