The following suburbs are included in the $10 local shipping promo: Mount Evelyn, Lilydale, Montrose, Silvan, Coldstream, Kalorama, Chirnside Park, Mooroolbark, Croydon, Kilsyth, Wandin Nrth/East, Seville and Woori Yallok.

NITTY GRITTIES

Your order will be delivered by one of our drivers or staff members between the hours of 9am - 5pm on your chosen delivery date. We will do our best to accomodate desired delivery times ie; before 11am, after 2pm ect. However with our $10 promotional shipping, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times. Please feel free to give us a call if you would like further clarification on delivery times.

If your desired suburb for delivery is not listed please call the store (9737 1469) to discuss and we will be happy to offer you a shipping quote and process your order via the phone. You CANNOT place an order to ship outside of the above listed post codes. If you attempt to do so, your order will automatically be put through as an in store pick up.

A note for Apple Pay users - please be mindful when placing orders with Apple Pay that your delivery address WILL AUTO FILL to your current saved address. You will need to manually change this and manually selected the $10 shipping option. We recommend that you double, triple check before you pay as the auto pick up option will be applied if your saved address is outside of our delivery zone. If your total does not include any shipping cost then there is a an issue with your delivery address. We do not offer free shipping, only free in-store pick up.
